Amazing stay with stunning views of mountains. The spacious room had a luxurious bathroom with jacuzzi and balcony overlooking a beautiful plantation. The staff were kind and courteous, always ready to help. Loved the activities offered such as yoga sessions and cycling. The food was good with a nice selection of vegetarian meals.

The constant traffic from the nearby highway was a bit noisy and disruptive. Housekeeping didn't seem to be up to par, with some things not cleaned or restocked unless requested multiple times.

Location - within a walking distance of spice walk. Honestly no complaints. It is next to the airport. Free parking on-site was provided

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. the location of the hotel couldn't be any better - right in the center of town, making it convenient for exploring all the attractions. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with amenities such as a mini-bar, sitting area, and in-room safe. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, and they went above and beyond to provide personalized service. They were knowledgeable about the local area and were able to recommend great places to eat and visit. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and we were impressed with the taste and quality of the dishes. The swimming pool and fitness center provided great leisure options, and we also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and car park facilities.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was excellent, right in the center of town, and we had easy access to activities around the Periyar river. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was attentive and friendly throughout our stay.

Spent a lovely Easter weekend at a resort nestled amidst plenty of greenery with stunning views. the room decor was amazing, and the swimming pool was crystal clear. it was very peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed. the staff was incredibly attentive and always ready to help. And the food was out of this world, especially the grilled seafood and the local delicacies.

The resort is a bit far from the main city, which was a bit of a bummer since it took us longer to get there. the spa services were a bit pricey compared to other places we've been to.
